Slice Creative Network’s Picture Perfect Holidays

I worked with Slice Creative Network to create "Picture Perfect Holidays", a festive holiday overlay that transformed the Curry Ford West Main Street into a magical wonderland. These interactive, imaginative displays provided festive and fun photo opportunities for the Greater Orlando community during the 2020 holiday season.

These 5 immersive holiday sets were designed by 40+ designers from local area theme parks volunteers. My team’s theme was a classic Christmas and we called it the “Christmas Song Stroll”. Our sponsor was State Farm and we were featured in their publication as well.

The Story: Written by Grace Perrotta

Eager to spread holiday cheer, Santa’s elves have arranged a holiday trail centered around their favorite Christmas classics! Step into seasonal scenes inspired by the most spirited of songs such as (There’s No Place Like) Home for the Holidays, The Christmas Song, and more! Though merry, these musical elves are not without mischief, as you may see them in silly scenarios as you make your way throughout the trail. Bursting with lyrical references both big and small, The Christmas Song Stroll is a tribute to nostalgic Christmas classics that set your heart aglow.

The Elves

My biggest contribution to our team was the design of our elves that can be seen in various parts of our scene. I drew the elves in multiple scenarios and then they were then cut, painted and placed. I also worked on the production documentation with Alex Kaplan for the elf scenes since we took the project from concept all the way to installation. You can view one of the documents here.
